Eating si a really common process that every person does multiple times a day. Sometimes we eat in absent-minded mode, for example, when we are watching TV, driving or swiping some social network on our phone. Eating food is not only a way to fill our stomach with "some stuff" but it's a way to build our body (and mind), a way to construct a new version of us.
How do you usually eat? This article contains some useful information about food and how to use it for reach out wellness of the mind and body.

The game changers movie

Which is the secret that some athletes are using to reach out unbelievable performance? We are not talking about raising your performance of 1 or 2% but to change completely your resistance, strength, power and mind calmness and bringing them to the highest level possible for a human being.

If you want to know more about it you have to ask yourself a simple question: Do I really know which food is the best for me? It's not a trivial question as it might seem. Many people know a lot about proteins, carbohydrates and macro nutrients in general. A very old way to increase muscles, just for example, was based on the assumption that the athlete had to eat the major number possible of proteins including integrators and other "magical" juices that promise miracles. If you believe that this is the only truth about food you probably better stop reading this article because I will tell you something that you may not like too much.

How meat is destroying your body

Yes, exactly. The meat is destroying slowly your body and your mind. In the video above you will find the official trailer of The Game Changers a film in which a UFC fighter learns everything he'd been taught about protein was a lie. The Movie is presented by James Cameron, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jackie Chan, Lewis Hamilton, Novak Djokovic and Chris Paul and it describes a revolutionary new way about meat, proteins and strength.

Mass confusion

In fact many people believe that eating plant instead of animals leads to malnutrition and diseases but that's a terrible lie. For the vast majority of the population the concepts of nutrition and health are very confusing subjects and this confusion sometimes is the results of reading about this subjects online (1) where everybody with an opinion, regardless with their credentials, can reach millions of people.

The majority of scientific evidences suggest that an animal based diet - that includes meat, eggs and diary - decreases the general health and increases the risk of many diseases like hearth attack, various types of cancers, osteoporosis and many other, reducing considerably our lifespan.

The conclusion - reached from many fields of research like epidemiology (population studies), nutritional biochemistry (how food interact with our bodies) and biological anthropology (which includes the study of which food we are built to eat ) - is that you can live better, avoiding terrific diseases and enjoining the best version of you simply adopting a plant-based diet. “The formula works beautifully for people selling food. It works beautifully for people selling drugs to treat the diseases that bad food causes. And it works beautifully for the media, which can give us a new story about diet every day.”
