Bob accidentally cut Bruce with a real broken bottle. A few stitches and held up production for a few days. Saw Bob interviewed about it and never was there a mention of a broken leg

I had a 15 minute phone call with Bob a couple of years ago. He was gracious, fun, interesting, opinionated, dynamic and warm. It was a bit surreal with "O'Hara's" voice live and in my ears after 40-some years since I first saw him in Enter The Dragon. It was a call I'm infinitely glad I had. It's undeniable that he was a martial arts movie icon like the others in Bruce Lee's most intimate social / filmmaking circle.
