A nice footage of Anderson Silva, a famous MMA star and a tamed champion, training patiently some drills proposed by Dan Inosanto, another martial arts legendary figure.
This footage takes place after Silva's infamous leg injury back in 2013 when he lost in a championship fight against Chris Weidman.
Despite his stance and his physique that leave no doubt about his experience in professional fighting, Silva seems to have some difficulties with the exercises, which is completely normal.
In fact, anybody who has trained martial arts, especially Wing Chun, knows this struggle very well: at the beginnings it almost feels as if you've just started to learn how to walk, isn't it?
However, he truly demonstrates humilty and focus of a real martial artist.
