It all depends on the individual. Not all individuals are created equal with abilities. So, in my opinion both are just as important than as the other.

Both styles rock, but Shaolin is like the flash, all fast and showy, whilst Tai Chi is like the turtule, slow but deadly! 😉

Interesting read! I’d have to lean towards Tai Chi – it's like a dance with invisible partner. Though Shaolin is "kick-butt" cool too! 😂 Let's just hope I never have to fight a Shaolin monk!
