The Final Battle: Donnie Yen vs. Scott Adkins in IP MAN 4: The Finale (2019)

Donnie Yen is definitely the best fit for Master Ip Man: he's able to interpret him and transmit a real passion for the role to his audience. Despite the fact that some movements are not really accurate with the correct mechanics of the Wing Chun we have to recognize that Donnie Yen demonstrates a great ability to empathize with the role. It's really impressive. One overall, the main Wing Chun weapon: the punch. In all Ip Man movies, all punches are thrown using a downward trajectory instead of an upward trajectory causing the loss of efficiency and strength in the punches chain.
Despite the technical point of view, I think that all the movies represent a great opportunity to let people know about Wing Chun's existence and a good way to spread out the verb about this amazing kung fu style and its effectiveness in combat.
