Lesson two: Wing Chun Wooden Dummy Explained By Master Wong

Reading time: 1 minute

The Master Wong's lessons continues with this second episode about the Wing Chun wooden dummy training. We know that is a huge effort to record this long form and explaining every single movement so we would like to thank him for his patience and dedication.
Let us remark the point that many lineage have different forms and explanation - as many of our readers know it - by the way it's always a pleasure to take informations from others lineages in order to compare our skill and what we learn in our past.

We hope you enjoy the video.
Have a nice Wing Chun

Master Wong mixed traditional karate into the WingChun dummy process. Everything interchanges with time as Bruce Lee synergized boxing, fencing, Tai Kwando, Hawaiian Kempo, grappling, etc... with Wing Chun, and became JKD (intercepting fist); thus, which was over forty years ago. One should not underestimate any form of martial art.
