Watching a good old UFC match is never boring, especially when some extraoridnary performances make the show even better.
In order to make things even better, here you go with a collection of the Top 20 Knockouts in UFC History.

This video was uploaded by UFC - Ultimate Fighting Championship as a way to celebrate their first 20 years that they accomplished in 2013.

Below the video is organized in a ranking of 20 best UFC knockouts, starting from #19 down to the famous #1.
Of course, since it is very probable that you are a big martial arts and fighting sports fan, it is very likely that you know already know all of these fighters.

#19 Vitor Belfort VS Wanderlei Silva

UFC Brasil - October 16, 1998
Vitor wins after only 44 from the beginning with a super fast burst of direct punches.

#18 Renan Barao VS Eddie Wineland

UFC 165 - September 21 2013
Barao strikes down Eddie with and incredibly fast backwards rotating kick.

#17 Yves Edwards VS Josh Thomson

UFC 49 - August 21, 2014
Yves Edwards wins thanks to an unexpected rotating kick right to Josh's neck. Yves's kick puts him to the ground without much force to oppose.

#16 Rashad Evans VS Sean Salmon

UFN 8 - January 25, 2007
Rashad kicks Sean down to the ground with one fatal direct rotating kick during the second round.

#15 Bj Penn VS Caol Uno

UFC 34 - November 2, 2001
Only few seconds after Caol's grand entrance with a flying kick that didn't quite work out, Bj attacks with simple direct punches, so fast that Caol goes down immediately.
What an incredible performance and example of simplicity over aestheticism.

#14 Travis Browne VS Alistair Overeem

UFN 26 - August 17, 2013
As Travis tries his opponent with some frontal kicks, Alistair falls down after beeing unable to parry the last kick. What is pretty funny is that it almost seems like Travis himself did not expected Alistair to fall down.
We could say it was an unexpected knockout.

UFC 92 - December 27, 2008
Quinton Jackson, nicknamed Rampage, gives the audience the perfect knockout after taking Silva's hits and immediately striking back, underneath the throat.

#12 Pete Williams VS Mark Coleman

UFC 17 - May 15, 1998
After a very tiring match, Pete Williams delivers the perfect knockout with a rotating kick that spares nothing to Coleman.

#11 Lyoto Machida VS Randy Couture

UFC 129 - April 30, 2011
Lyoto finishes the round in style, with a knockout worthy of jealousy: a semi flying kick that arrives directly to the point.

#10 Rashad Evans VS Chuck Liddel

UFC 88 - September 6, 2008
Rashad is back at it, this time with another perfect knockout. After observing his opponent very well, he makes of "Carpe Diem" his motto and delivers an incredibly fast and unexpected frontal punch that strikes Chuck down.

#9 Chuck Liddel VS Tito Ortiz

UFC 47 - April 2, 2004
This time is Chuck's revenge and he really goes there to make his incredible knockout. Even if Tito really tried to absorb and parry Chuck's jabs and punches, at a certain point he couldn't take them anymore.

UFC 56 - November 19, 2005
A first round knockout with a direct punch to the face for Rich Franklin.

#7 Shogun Rua VS Lyoto Machida

UFC 113 - May 8, 2010
Lyoto experiences another knockout but this time he is not the winner. In fact, Shogun Rua delivers a nice lever followed by several punches which make him the winner of the match.

UFC 34 - November 2, 2001
This knockout is delivered after a long match between Matt Hughes and Carlos Newton, which falls down exhausted.

UFC 52 - April 16, 2005
After Randy tried to close down on Chuck, he got striked down to the floor by Chuck's unforgivable punches.

#4 Dan Henderson VS Michael Bisping

UFC 100 - July 11, 2009
Althought Micheal was clearly running on his last forces, Dan Handerson finishes the match with a direct punch that leaves Micheal on the ground.

UFC 70 - April 21, 2007
After what seemed to be moments of study of each other, Gabriel Gonzaga literally snaps the soul out of Mirko with a perfect rotating kick.

UFC 142 - January 14, 2012
An incredibly brutal and unexpected knockout from Edson barboza delivered with a fast back kick directly to Terry's face.

#1 Chris Weidman VS Anderson Silva

UFC 162 - July 6, 2013
Anderson tries to dodge Weidman's punches but he takes the last one and falls to the ground where Weidman finishes him.

Wow, what a power-packed rundown! Those knockouts made even my eyebrows sweat! Sure, "punching piñatas" is safer for some, but these 20 UFC moments? Absolutely jaw-dropping, buddy!
