THE POWER OF WING CHUN | Episode 6 â–¶ Michael Amiet gives you a few tips for intercepting kicks thrown by a trained opponent.

As your opponent moves in with a front kick, raise your heel on centre to jam your opponent's kick with minimal movement. Parry his arm out of the way and counter-punch with your free hand, then finish him off with a stamp kick to his supporting leg.
